At Beaumont Stars Academy & OSC, we know that nutritious food is the foundation for a child’s growth, energy, and happiness. Our nutrition program is designed to support healthy development, encourage adventurous eating, and make mealtimes enjoyable for every child.

Our four-week rotating menu ensures children experience a rich variety of tastes, textures, and nutrients throughout the month. Each week features wholesome breakfasts like whole grain cereal with apples, pancakes with fruit, or smoothie bowls, always paired with milk for a calcium boost.

Children at our center enjoy:

  1. Breakfast: A healthy start with whole grains, fruit, and milk (e.g., whole grain cereal with apples, pancakes with fruit, or smoothie bowls).

  2. Lunch: A hot, balanced meal featuring proteins, grains, and a variety of vegetables. Each day, we offer both a regular and a vegetarian entrée, such as Chicken Mac n’ Cheese or Tofu Mac n’ Cheese, Sassy Chicken Pasta or Sassy Tofu Pasta, and even fish or egg-based dishes on select days.

  3. Mid-Afternoon Snack: Nutritious snacks like fresh fruit, veggie sticks, yogurt, or wholesome baked goods, paired with water or milk.

Vegetarian and Special Diets Welcome
